Hi! I have read each and every thread that comes when you search for "Meta"

Ive found many interesting solutions, however I have not found this.

I would like to have:
1) a list of all keywords in a category
, and
2)I know this would provide a list with duplicate words, so is it possible to remove the duplicate keywords from the list?
3) I need al link removed and seperated by a comma I guess, since  that is best for google?

I have just noticed that one of my categories name (cat26) has taken over the description name for each category. The category description is correct, and in the clickstrem it shows the proper category name. However when clicking on the category from the home page, when you look in the body of categories, you see that every category name is named (cat26). This is a strange error I just noticed.. but I need to fix. What could be causing one category  name to be taking over the other category names on categories.html ?

Thanks for your help... this is crazy.

IT is the {cat_name} tag which does this

I have just notices that if I create a category and place it at the beginning, all the random category thumbnails dissappear....

Does anyone know why?

Can all the super experts post their robots.txt here?  I am trying to look at the best way to ad seo to 4images and this would be a great insight to see how your logic on the subject works. I hope it is not too much to ask and appreciate it.

The first question is,

search.php..

I have a lot of errors with this being indexed at google...

How many people have search.php blocked with a no follow?

IS there anything bad if I block google from this?

I see everyone is searching and tlaking about how to make google love your site...

I am learning about double content , sitemap errors, google loving to index searches with different language packs, and seession ids.


I spend a lot of time keywording my images for stock photography agencies (which I slave to for almost no money)...

I want the power of my websites ability to be found in search engines to come from the vast and diverse amount of fully keyworded images.

I do not care if google indexes everything as I have no private categories...

What are the bad things to preventing google from indexing the search results?


Here what I beg of you to do... lets create a master list of the best robot.txt mods right here in this thread.

Everybody can say the lines of there robot text, but only one rule.
If you have a follow or no follow line I would like to see both the
Benefits of adding this line to the robots.txt and the
Possible negative side effects of adding the robots tect to each line. I think in this way we can think together and it will help many people who are thinking of these things too... both now and in the future. Thanks for your help and contributions if any! Let the perfect collaborative robot.txt creation begin.....

I am now finding that SEO Stuff is taking more time than I thought it would, and there are a lot of people talking about different stuff SEO, and some stuff is really closely related. If we could consolidate the SEO discussion into one of its own sections in this forum I think that we can be more efficient in ways to conquer google...

The old mod that is piclens slideshow / cool iris works great.... and the SEO best google friendly mod works great.. the only thing is that after it shows the slideshow within piclens/cooliris and you clik on the image, it brings yyou to the path of the old image.. which gives you a 404 not found error page. The cooliris mod needs to be updated to be able to use the google friendly mod.. and since that thread no longer exists if you are using both of the mods as I am and enjoy them both please help resove this...

Im trying to use this php script because google analytics slows everythign down too much... I have the instructions:

PHP can not record screen resolution. If you do want to track screen resolution, phpTrafficA will use javascript to set a cookie to do so, Include the following line in the head section of your page

Thanks.. I think its a good tracking script as phplogger is a bit out of date... and analytics takes so long to contact google...

Hi!  Has anyone seen a mod that can create an RSS feed for newest comments.... Including the image name, date of comment, username, Image thumbnail, number of comments for image?

hey---

I am trying to get pphlogger (PowerPHlogger) to work with 1.7.6... I cant say yet but it seems to be not workign correctly... I will try to get it to work... However it seems maybe someone might know of a better alternative to pphlogger?

Is there a better way you know to see statistics from 4images?
