Safari and the "Right Click do Download"
« on: February 15, 2009, 08:02:51 AM »
I am not sure if this has been addressed, but as a Mac user I have noticed that when using Safari and viewing Gallery Images I can just left click and drag the photo to the desktop.   I am not sure if this occurs in other browsers but it does put a cramp in the Download Image Statistic.   Granted Macs and Safari only make up about 8% of the browsers, but I wanted to point this out in case it can be addressed in future releases.   I always thought disabling "right click" and save to desktop was done so that 4Images would have a valid way to actually track the number of image downloads by forcing the user to click a download button.

Try find a topic "pic security" we've discuss many different ways protect images.
