[mod request] Create multiple subcategories at once

I have been using the "Edit Categories" option from the administration panel to create new subcategories, but this gets tedious when you have to add them one at a time, then scroll down the list and add another.  Is there an easier/faster way to create multiple categories/subcategories at once?  Sorry if this has been brought up before.  I'm new here (and couldn't find anything relevant using 'search').

yes, go to MODs forum, and look for "batch import"

Thank you for the tip.  The batch import/upload plug-in has been added to my gallery.  But is there no way to create multiple 'empty' categories?  I had hoped to create the categories first and then upload the images later.

then, just upload one picuture in each folder that u want to import.
it will create categories, import one file for each category, then u can upload your files later.
better then create all categories one-by-one.
