my gallery works slowly =/ whats the reason?

at first i think its about ns and in a few days it would gonna ok, but 1 week later: same ...
i tried to fix it, i think its about hosting, then i installed it to 3 different hosting, but everytime it works slowly..
and im sure its not about hosting.. cz its really works fast. i m sure.
a different way ; it may about template, but i changed it to default theme, nothing is changed..
whats the reason ? can it be about htaccess?(it may about links way) umm it may about codes...
this is a big problem 4 me.. =(

for rightnow remove tag cloud, then your "perfomance" will be better.
or change too root host with more "power"

or test your host with clean 4images not only default templates, how is the perfomance?

i did the changes, and it works fast now as new installation;

but; about keycloud tag, its important for google, there is any alternate for it?
i modify sth for google ;

friendly urls, keyword cloud, and tags

now i removed tags...

twice of them .. are they enough ?(friendly urls and keyword cloud)

i installed again everything ..
its reallly fast as i want.. (when not upload pics)

its working slow when i upload 3 or more pics.. (i upload all pics from a link)
but it is silly reason, cz all thumbnails are 250*250 px , and not big files..
when i click a category page, its really damn slow

That's the answer to your question. Your server has to download the images from remote server to it's memory to check dimensions or any other image parameters, then continue execution of the script. That delay you see is when the server downloads and process the images.
The solution is: don't use remote images.

P.S.
4images doesn't "upload"/save localy images from URL.

the key: dont use remote images in 4images.

one thing; i hadnt understand; in php forums or vbulletin, or a script
when a member open a new topic with images (remote images) , page opens more fastly (for ex sizes: 600*600 px  *  5-6 images)
but here, on mainpage, 5 thumbnails (250*250 px) opens slowly.. very slowly..
(last 3 hours i have been thinking on it)

forums don't need any information about images, they just output url to them and your browser handles these images. Most browsers handle images independently and can download several in parallel, at the same time.
In 4images case the PHP what downloading the images to the server, before the image address is being sent to the browser, plus PHP cannot execute several parts of the script in parallel, at the same time witch puts rest of the script on hold until image processing part finished it's job
