delete thumbnail and run auto thumbnailer (or you can find "rebuild thumbnails" mod)

I figured it out, when ever someone uploads the photo from a link it gives me the eye image...do you know how that can be fixed?

No, you have to search first for the Mod "Remote Thumbnail Creation".
After you had build in this mod,
you're able to create thumbnails from remote images too.
(it's just replacing the defualt 4images thumbnail implementation)
