Turn OFF image validation?

Is it possible to have images automatically validated so the admin doesn't need to manually validate uploads?

I don't want to have users upload via FTP.  I'd like them  to simply upload their images, and have them put into the gallery without me having to validate them.

I realize this is risky, but I'd rather delete the bad posts, than validate every image.

set Direct Upload permissions in the category permissions
