Please Help..Everytime I Log In..This Message shows up..

I've recently started using 4images like maybe 3-4 days ago and today i got this message when i logged onto my account:

DB Error: Bad SQL Query: UPDATE 4images_users SET user_lastaction = 1151422317, user_location = 'index.php' WHERE user_id = 1
Incorrect key file for table '4images_users'; try to repair it

i will really appreciate it if someone could help me on this, thanks .

The error says by itself:

DB Error: Bad SQL Query: UPDATE 4images_users SET user_lastaction = 1151422317, user_location = 'index.php' WHERE user_id = 1
Incorrect key file for table '4images_users'; try to repair it

Use phpmyadmin or some other mysql managers and repair 4images_users table.
