How can I show the users comments?

Hi.
How can I show the users comments in the users profil.
So just here :

http://www.forumkamera.com/gallery/member.php?action=showcomments&user_id=329&order=DESC
and
http://www.forumkamera.com/gallery/member.php?action=showcomments&user_id=329&order=ASC

(show newest first
show oldest first)

And how can I update the user profil that the last 3 commented picture viewed?
