BBcode2 and Smileys

Can someone answer me the QUESTION : 
How and where can I find the mods  bbcode2 (rich bbcode ) and smileys ( text smileys replaces to images )

It is a part of V@no's Private Message v2.x.x MOD

You may also use the BBCode and Smileys out of the MOD or any other script using these, but that would require some PHP-skills

I have a little skills, but don`t think that will be enought

You still may implement the whole PM v2 MOD and use only the BBCode and the Smileys

The only knowledge you need for that is how to use the keys CTRL+C, CTRL+V and CTRL+S 
And as soon as you decide to use the Private Messages System, you just have to use the right tags in your templates

I know, you'll have a few additional lines of useless code... but it will work

I installed the pm too but i don't get to work the smilies and the bbcode i think that there was a mod with more features in like the one is used in the pm mod
