How do I make my gallery look like this?

How do I make my gallery look like this? http://gallery.miss-jlo.com/ My gallery is http://telenovelasonline.org/galeria and it looks terrible. I'm having trouble making the banner go on top  and match the tables. I also want to get rid of the search link under the photo. Is there some online tutorial?

look for templates i am sure you will find something that you like... i  think there is a benner mod to put banner upside or you can modify your home.html of your template

Where can I find templates? I searched google and this forum and couldn't find a site. :cry:
