NO activation is send for user

I have try one on my other e-mail id.
i register my e-mail id and it was done its showed that you will receive an e-mail for activation but i didnt get any e-mail for activation i try ed it with many e-mail id but doesnt work http://free-4-use.zoombrowse.com/extra/4image/  its url of it.

Please help me.
