A few how do's

1. I am looking for a way to enable moderation on uploads from members?

What I want to accomplish is:
Member uploads image either they choose the album it goes in, or once I moderate the image, I select which album it goes into.

I would like for the member to be able to see the images they uploaded via a profile of some sort. Not sure if this does this already or not.

2. I would like to be able to offer html codes for users to be able to use the images on their myspace pages. Layout codes, Contact Table codes, etc. Is there a plugin that allows this customization?

If you have not figured, I am creating a Myspace resource site.

I have tried different softwares and the support stunk and I'm hoping I can find some great people here to help me get it going.

Could you point me in the right direction.

And I really don't know what to search for the html code part of it...
