Comments Code Verification Problem

i have a problem with this, as admin there is no problem, but as i user, once i click the "add comment" button 4images ask me for introduce a verification code, and there is no verification code to insert while you are writing the comment, it does not appear 

*i have implemented phpbb+4image mod and de friendly url mod

what should i do?¿

When yes, you have old templates

yes i had the problem in the register form too but i added a custom registration form and now that is fixed, but the comments problem still there
