В общем спасибо большое :) Это самое правильное дополнение к этому хаку, иначе людям приходится постоянно жать последнюю страницу чтобы посмотреть нет ли новых сообщений :)

hm..   very very strange...   explorer need refresh, then control panel is work
i delete all cookies and files, but no result...
opera refresh or not refresh, control panel is blank page...
Mozilla Firefox works is fine! :) 
And this problem only my computer :?
No ideas...

also this problem blank control panel then gallery work on port 9000 
then web work 80 port all ok..    9000 port gallery blank control panel  :(  work only then refresh page
And if i open fresh page explorer and enter url http://www.mysite:9000/gallery/admin/index.php then works is ok
May be this code in admin/index.php is not work correct?
