Looking for a pro PHP coder, good knowlege of 4images. Looking to have a CMS Photo site with forum and many add' modules, such as buddy list and/or messaging system, greater rating system (5 for Composition 5 for Art 5 for Tech. etc), news, limited time uploads.

This is a real project, real money.
( 4image is not nessecary if you have other ideas to create a similar site) Thank you.
