How to show Top Images on home.html?

I'd like to show the top images from top.html at my home.html.
But if I copy the schortcodes from top.html to home.html nothing is displayed at my home.html.
How can I solve this problem?

Thank you for the quick response but that is not what I'm searching for. I only want to display the 5 images and 5 categories with the most hits in home.html - just like in top.html
