Problem in Turkish Caracters (absolutely urgent)

Hello;

I have some turkish caracther problems in 4images gallery.. I moved my database... I have turkish plugin..

The problem appears when I want to move my mysql database.. aand the problem is in new server

how can I move my database without getting problems with turkish caracthers

I got the problem.. My current encoding is UTF-8 and I have to change it to ISO-8859-9

How can I do that in 4images gallery

I mean it's not related to database...

In case someone else looking for the solution:

If you have .htaccess file on your server edit it (if you don't, then create one) and add this line in it:

AddDefaultCharset off
