Unable to add images

When ever I try to upload an image an error appears:

Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 11311 is not allowed to access /www/zxq.net/e/x/o/exorcisthq/htdocs/4images/data/media/3 owned by uid 2001 in /www/zxq.net/e/x/o/exorcisthq/htdocs/4images/includes/upload.php on line 113

Your host use SAFE_MODE. Contact host for remove this.

8 steps need when ask question -

- PHP version (ACP - > phpinfo())
- mySQL version (ACP - > phpinfo())
- 4images version
- Post screenshot / URL
- Post code in BB Code (no need full file for code) or post attach file
- It doesn't work. What is say - what is do for no work
- Install MOD ? If so - please say (troubleshooting)
- Read FAQ ? Install Bug fixes ?
