it is about  imageMagick program that is maked small photo for the uploading photos (big photo ) automatic.

I'm sure this is in the Installation Instructions.
That is where the path to ImageMagick covert utility goes. If you don't know it, ask your hosting company.

or if your server supports GD, then you dont need enter anything in that field, as long as you select GD in the dropdown
