Am looking for someone who is familiar with installing 4Images and also want couple of minor mods on installtion.
Future mods possible so would like to work with same person each time and also agree price per incident/mod

I am also looking for someone to design a mod that will allow users who have downloaded images to then make a donation to our charity via PayPal.
Budget to develop mod and install is $30
All payment will be via PayPal for work

Are there any particular changes/mods you have in mind? Are they already published here and you are having problem installing them?

Hi there, does anyone offer hosting for 4Images?
I am finding it difficult to find a host that will allow me to install ImageMagick, GD or NetPBM for image resizing.
Dedicated hosting with a 3rd party is too expensive

On nearly EVERY hoster GD is pre-installed because it is bundled with PHP.

I have emailed my requirements to 3 very large hosting companies in the UK and when I have mentioned the 3 apps they have all turned round and said it was not available
If anyone knows of a host that can offer this reliably then please PM me or email me

You can install 4images by yourself. That's very easy. Simply upload all 4images-files and start the installer script.

We have just entered into a hosting agreement with a company called UK2.
The hosting includes PHP 5.2.5 so should this include GD?

The PHP version doesn't mean anything, because it's up to the hosting company whether enable or disable certain features.
That question (and any other hosting related questions) you should have asked the hosting company before sign up ;)

The hosting agreement isnt based purely the requirements of 4Images but it would be nice to continue with the same host.
We host 3 sites for our charity based around specific projects and if we can get 4Images to work then it will make our 4th.
If anyone wishes to help with the install of 4Images for a charitable cause then we would welcome the assistance

We have confirmation from our host that "Our shared server(cpanel7) contains the gd support and image magick installed" therefore we would be happy to pay someone to help setup 4Images on this platform.
Budget is $50 via PayPal
