captcha not showing when refresh image :(

Hello i have some problems with captcha ver number . sometimes he never appears and sometime when i try to refresh image it doesn t show me nothin (i need to click for 3 or 5 times to receive a ney code) . please help me

- this is not the standart captcha, or?
- have you upload all .ttf in fonts

this is the standard Captcha .
All fonts are uploaded .
The only mod i have added is http://www.4homepages.de/forum/index.php?topic=21028.0

and why you post here and not in this modthread?

have you leave or uncomment the following modcode in config.php:

//$captcha_chars = "ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ"; // also possible
=> yes => comment it out again
=> no => ok
