Too many connections problem?

Hello,

I got Strange Problem which Said:

User ***** already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections in /home/****/public_html/games/includes/db_mysql.php on line 39

My Server is Powerful also i have a Forum which Recive 4000 Visitors daily

So What to do with this message?

my php Version is : 5.2.9
MySQL Version is : 5.0.81-community
4Images Version is : 1.7.6

and the Config.php File is 100% correct, The DB and DB's user is correct and work 100%
