Hallo!

Hi!
I have a website about 3d graphics with a download section for freebies that have a sive about 3 mb.
www.adorana.dethe visitors of my website come from all over the world. but it seems to me the most complaints are from america.
i am often and regulary told that my download don't function without problem. i am told that the zips that were downloaded are empty, the files are not complete and it was find fault that the files can't be downloaded by a download manager ('cause it seems that the download often cancels).
i can't reconstruct the problem on myself, everything's fine for me.
if i post the direct link to the comments, it works also. but that's not the sense of 4images.
has anyone of you already get such feedback and was there a way to solve the problem?
is there a possibility to make the files downloadable by a download manager?
above of this i ask myself if you need a specific setting in your browser to get the download working...
thanks in advance for any suggestion!
