problems in the words

I am with a problem that all the words that are in the data base that possesss accents, are desconfiguradas in the site… e one another problem is that always when control an image of the error, but everything of the certainty somebody can help me?

in my french sites, I try to get my databases have encoding latin1_swedish_ci to solve problems with accents.
