Title: It won't let me upload pictures

Hey, when i'm in the ADMIN and I try to upload pictures, it won't let me upload.

This is what I get:

Error uploading image file: marvin200501.gif
marvin200501.gif: Copy error. Please check the directory permissions.

No database entry!

The move_uploaded_file error is covered in the error forum here.  Please review that first.
