[Tut] Install GD On a Centos

Hey Everyone  

Its being around a year, i was busy with ma studies and all .. i couldn't visit the forum
anyways now,im back ...

Lets get down to business,,,  this is how you install GD on CentOS which is a must have to run 4images in a cool way

this works only if you have root/administrator access on your *nix server

1) Login To Ur Root Using SSH
2) Type

Code: [Select]

yum install gd gd-devel php-gd

3) Thats all

ist bischen blöd wenn man einem aus pakistan bzw. aus sri lanka auf deutsch antwortet.
versuchs mal in english.

GD is images manipulating software which 4images can use and which one is compiled into most php compilation on server. i think you are already using it with your 4images installation as most users do it.. more you can find on wikipedia.
