Need Quick Upload Button on Gallery Page

Hi

I want users to could upload their images on homepage quickly. There is an example : footballpictures.net

If the image validaton option was added on, I would be satisfied  :mrgreen:

I search Mods & Plugins Releases forum but no result...

and the image validation could be set if you modify the properties of your category and set the upoad to all registered users and set the direct upload to Admins only.
