Image title in URL

Is it possible to get photo URL like 

abc.com/.../photo-title.html

instead of abc.com/..../img1.html or so

there is not such thing as img1.html in 4images.
Please read replys from the topic you got that code from it has been answered there already.
and yes, its a very long topic, and yes I said its not possible, yet, if you continue to read, you'll find a sollution.
