Help, please

After successfully install the 4images, I tried to CHMOD all dir but can not find the
data/media  (and no, I could not find it inside data file)
data/thumbnail ( and no, I could not find inside data file)

waiting............

Yes, I did.  I just down loaded again and do not see it in the data file...

If the folders listed in "docs/Installation.txt" does not exist, just create them with your FTP prgram.

That was not my question.  I asked where are the data/media and data/thumbnail.

Don't know. Maybeyour programm you have extracted the zip with, does not support extraction of empty directories.

If that the case should I create two folders:

One in data/media and other in data/thumbnail.

Also, it's just an empty folder right?

Never mind, it was my zip program.  It did unziped to HD...digged out and FTP...thanks for your key words...zip prog..
