image for .psd and .p3t files to show in details

Good Afternoon Everyone,

Yes I have done a search most of the stuff i saw is extremely old or in german. I have just two issues, I have figured out most everything else. 

1. I want a thumbnail to be displayed while viewing the details of a .psd or .p3t file
2. I want to show all categories along with images from those categories on my main page.

OK i have worked a bunch of tweaks in here and there. This is what I still need.
I need to have an image displayed on the details page.
Right now my users can't see what it is that they are downloading. There are several people running wallpaper sites but no-one seems to want to give me a clue as to how i can make this happen.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
