Title: Adding image cells?

i tried nearly  all combinations to add here a new cell for my images! i want to add a image cell like this under the main cell!I need 3 cells in here , Is it possible!

made search but couldnt find :S

dunno waht to say :) if you didnt help me from begining , i think i couldnt do anything . thx MANUROM.
