I registered and it said that it will send me a confirmation email, however I never received one? Can someone help me please?

Hi,

Check the setting in the acp (admin control panel), please! Session and User Settings.

Setting By Mail is Correct

1 - In FTP, what is error log say for email ?
2 - In cPanel, what is web error log say for email ?
3 - In cPanel, you check if SPAM control active ?
4 - If SPAM control active, you check if sender email address in list ?
5 - If no for 1 to 4 - send ticket to host for report problem.
