Question for Vano and others- Signature thing

Hi I am totally new to this, I am however interested in creating a signature that is like Vano's. I realize it may be pure programming. If it is a mod that I can install please let me know. My site I just put up today. The url is www.joe-michaela.com. I have had it for about 5 years but after messing with Postnuke and Geeklog, I decided I didnt need a CMS only a photogallery.

Since its your post, please do the first three steps from my signature.
Then after you are done with that, look in Chit-Chat forum, the answer is there, hard to miss it ;)
