ImageMagick Auto-Thumbnailer Problem

Greetings, I am having problems with the Auto-Thumbnailer. When I execute the Create Thumbnail, I recieve the following error.

System: win2000
ImageMagic: ImageMagick-5.5.3-Q16
PHP: 4.2.3


ERROR MESSAGE:

Create thumbnail for: Ashland (Ashland01.JPG) ....

   Error creating thumbnail!
