If you have a backup of your 4images database, great. My advice is to do a clean install as if you were installing 4images for the first time. Create the same admin id and password that you used before.
Upload your database backup to 4images/data/database. Then from the admin control panel, use the "Backup Database" to restore your backup.
If you've already tried these steps, then I really don't know what the problem could be. Do you have any more info on this?

thanks for your help, i had try that before but that doesn't work. I get an error it says
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 12 bytes) in /home/sites/zippie/HTML/includes/db_utils.php on line 26
I think my database is to big? but how i ican fix this problem?

hello? can give somebody answer?
This is a big problem for me, so i can't run 4images

Try to use phpMyAdmin (http://www.phpmyadmin.net) for backuping the database tables. Only backup one table at once.

than make no sence, get the same blank screen, how's that possible?
And what can i do with this error?
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 12 bytes) in /home/sites/zippie/HTML/includes/db_utils.php on line 26

That means that the file size of the dump is more than 8MB and server only handles scripts which need less than 8MB cache size.

and i can't fix that?
btw.. the dump is 2,5 mb.
So, there is no way to set the database back? :(
-
I can't believe that the data of one table is 2.5 MB.

the backup of my 4images sql is 2,5 mb
but do you have any idea how to fix it?

Please read my posts carefully. I said, only backup one at table at once. Make separate dumps from 4images_categories, 4images_images etc.
