hast du was an der includes/constants.php mal geändert,
vorallem was die chmod rechte der erstellten ordner angeht:
define('CHMOD_DIRS', 0777);

ansonsten welche chmod haben die jeweils erstellten kategorie ordner?

the information for the width & height tag are generated in the functions.php.
so if you want to add additional values for images stored in an other folder but same file name,
just alter the code with different folder path.

the field to enter the security code ONLY appears if javascript has been disabled in the browser,
thats the trick of this mod.
otherwise the security field will be field out automaticlly.

P.S.: You can test it, if you disable js in your browser.

du kannst das entweder per Usergruppen machen,
oder was einfacher wäre per Usereinzelrechten.
Dazu in den Kategorieneinstellungen bei Direkter Upload auf "privat" setzen,
und dann entsprechenden Usern diese Rechte bei Userrechten erlauben.
Direkter Upload bedeutet sofortige Freischaltung nach dem Upload der Bilder.

i looked at the code and only in step 4 is only one thing different between 1.71 and 1.72.

wenn die Galerie auf nem anderen Server ist,
müsstest du dafür nen extra Skript basteln,
da der fremde Server nicht auf die SQL DB zugreifen kann,
um anzufragen, wieviele Bilder vorhanden sind.

dass die kategorien erst auf privat gesetzt werden müssen,
hatte ich allerdings in meinem ersten post bereits geschrieben...

P.S.: In der FAQ wird übrigends genau dieses Problem auch beschrieben.

i will test it in the next days with 1.72,
but i think that no big modifiactions are needed to make this work.
Only some phrases could be different where to put the modified code,
but i will post it then.

1. search the forum for "mysql5", then you should find a big thread handling this problem,
or
2. you can upgrade to 1.72

editier die details.html und entferne dort den lightbox button tag.
