Great Videos, but I absolutely do not grasp where you take your username from when you login for the first time.

That is exactly my problem: The Administrator-Name and -Password generate no errors but they are also not sufficient to login, it seems like the site is just refreshed. So the Admin-Stuff is just for the admin-panel that should appear once I logged in?

I also tried to create a new account but that also does not work, because it always says that I have to type in a valid email (which I do) and the right code (which is difficult to determine fopr me: capital x, o, y,... or not?!?).

Am I on the right way in tryiing to create a useraccount?

i very beginers for use 4images,
i already install and follow all video this forum and i already change all my chmode in my cpanel my host.
so if already all WHAT if i want install template, put my photo/images ?.. and change my menu ,,, ?

HI friends,
First of all i tried my best to find any solution in the forums that may answer my problem but unfortunately i was failed, may be i am not that smart as one should be to find.
i am trying to install the 1.7.9  in a sub directory of my site   like www.mysite.com/4images
i unzipped the package and uploaded via ftp. and when i go and type the url in browser  it gives nothing but a simple page of my site.
can any one help me to  know if there is any special method to install the 1.7.9 in a sub-folder ?
