How to use phpThumbs with 4images.

I have seen on many site that peoples are using phpThumbs with 4images gallery which reduces the size of image in details page but shows full image upon download so can anybody tell me how can i use phpThumbs with 4images.

Figure it out?  I inserted the: <img src="phpthumb/phpThumb.php?src={media_src}&w=380" border="0" alt="{image_name}" />   

in the jpg.thml file as stated in some other threads, but cannot get it to show an image right now, but the thumbs are showing..
