Installation, Update & Configuration / Code Changes of Updates available? [1.73->1.74]

Hello,
I'm using 4images for several years now and I am absolutly satisfied. During the years I integrated a lot of mods and changes into my installation of 4images. As a result I have a lot of work to reintegrate all the changes after an update of 4images. Is there a possibilty to releas the code changes of an update? This would make things a lot easier for me and many other people.
