Can't get the upload function to work...

Can someone who speaks English please help me?

I installed 1.5 beta, and when I try to upload an image using the upload feature for registered users, it uploads the image, confirms it has been uploaded, but when I check the category, nothing's there!

Is this a database error? Or did I do something wrong with permissions?
I really have no idea

If you upload images logged in as "Admin", you always have the permissions for "direct upload". This means, that uploaded images will be inserted directly to the gallery and have to be validated.

You have to go to your gallery and log in as normal registered user.

Will there ever be an update which allows you as admin to decide for yourself wether or not you want to validate uploaded pictures?
