does anybody knows how do you change a layout with what programme?I want to make one but don't know how,anybody who can help me or make me one?

The templates are just plain HTML with some tags that 4images replaces before returning the page to the visitor.  Tags are enclosed with { and }

Just use any HTML or text editor
