Login Problems!

Can someone please help me!!!!! I treid to add some things to my gallery and it won't let anyone log in! I went to type in my username and as the page loads it just goes back to the way it was before!

Does anyone know why and can you help me?

8 steps need when ask question -

- PHP version (ACP - > phpinfo())
- mySQL version (ACP - > phpinfo())
- 4images version
- Post screenshot / URL
- Post code in BB Code (no need full file for code) or post attach file
- It doesn't work. What is say - what is do for no work
- Install MOD ? If so - please say (troubleshooting)
- Read FAQ ? Install Bug fixes ?

Ok, I see 4images version in screenshot. Is USERS_TABLE exist in DB ?
