possible to update 1.7.2 to 1.7.4 directly?

I have v1.7.2.

Is it possible to update v1.7.4 without using 1.7.3?

Moreover, I installed this script many times ago, i installed lots of mods, i made many changes now i am afraid of updating. What will happen to my changes because i changed lots of things. As i see, many people chancign their themes or adding many mods or etc, how they are upadting?

update from 1.7.2 to 1.7.4 is only files replacement.

  all intergrated mods will be lost..
