Need to change the media_src variable.

I have been trying to figure this out but to no avail so far. 


I need the change the media_src output from:

./data/media/3/Tequila.jpg

to:

http://www.yoururl.com/data/media/3/Tequila.jpg


I have tried but I can not get rid of the dot and it messes up some stuff I am trying to do.

Any help would be appreaciated.
