Two questions about the forum
« on: February 10, 2006, 07:01:27 AM »
Hi

Just two questions?
Isn't it possible when i use the search that only the topic subjects is shown in the results,
cause sometimes it's too much scrolling...

And my second question is:
Would it be possible that when a user edit his post,
that the time of the last edit stands below the post
like it's been done already when a mod edit someones post.
This would be somestimes really useful in the mod section
to see if the threadstarter modified his first post,
and build in some modifications/corrections for the mod.

...so far the universe won

I cant find it anywhere in the settings!...this forum settings are confusing sometimes...
I think its better if you ask it here

I've set it to 10 minutes now.
After post you have 10 minutes to edit it without anyone knowing it ;)

Another Thing.

I get sometimes in the last time an error message,
if i want to append a attachment,
that the upload folder would be full.

Code: [Select]
The upload folder is full. Please try a smaller file and/or contact an administrator.
This happens for example,
if i try to attach more than one file here:
http://www.4homepages.de/forum/index.php?topic=11558.msg60616#msg60616

But all together, the file size of all files i try to attach are smaller than 60 kb.

The settings for total size of the folder for attachments was too low.

i know,
but after visiting the shown topic,
at the next time they aren't listed anymore.
It were good, if you can an overview of the last topics since 24hours even if you already visited them.

Thank you for setting up the word wrapping function in search.
Now it's more easier to scroll through the search results..  :D
