what your mySQL accounts are, this question can only be answered by you as you are the Administrator of the mySQL Server.

your questions are not 4images related, therefore i will link you to the http://www.mysql.com/ site where you can find the guide how to use mySQL server, how to create database, how to create accounts and here the link for the control panel software for mySQL Server http://www.phpmyadmin.net/

First try to create database with http://www.phpmyadmin.net/
i will guess your mySQL account
user: root
without password

but as already mentioned, i'm just guessing!

hello gingernob and welcome to the free 4images forum,

thank you for your statement. very nice that you teach us, what is good for the 4images success.

4images is working on Unix and as well on Windows IIS environment.
of course if you have mySQL, PHP, GD/ImageMagick installed on your Windows host.
chmod commands will not work..

so, read steps: 1,2,3,4, 6,7,8 from 4images\docs\Installation.english.txt and everything will work fine for you.

if you need more help, you can always come back to us with your issues.

es soll nach kategoriennamen (c.cat_name) sortiert werden, aber c. in dieser query niergends definiert wird..

soooooooo.

nach etlichen stunden, lagen meine nerven blank........

stand der dinge:

du hast einen neuen menü punkt: Neue Bilder checken - NEU! ist das V@no MOD Checkimages...
neue bilder werden zugefügt und hab es so eingestellt das gleich von den neu zugefügten bildern die thumbnails erstellt werden...

die frage: warum lädt sich der thumbnailer.php tot?
erst vor ca. 1h stunde habe ich mitbekommen das du 31GB an media files hast...was mir einfach zuviel für 10.000 bilder vorkam  :lol: ... dann hab ich mitbekommen dass da eine menge videos und zip dateien dabei sind... meine vermutung ist dass deshalb sich der thumbnailer tod lädt....
dieser versucht anscheinend die grössen bzw. die resolution der files zu eruiren.

bei der test installation auf deinem server, läuft der thumbnailer, sind aber nur bilder bzw. kleiner bilder in der galerie.

muss ich auch erwähnen das ich selber um die 17GB an ca. 60.000 bildern habe und da läuft auch der thumbnailer ohne irgendeinen mucks.

die zweite frage: wieso lief der thumbnailer am alten server und am neuen funktioniert dieser nicht?
muss ich leider passen... wäre es mein server würde ich warscheinlich einiges ausprobieren.. aber so, lasse ich lieber die finger davon, ist schon lange her als ich mit SSH gearbeitet habe..   :)

desweiteren, ist bei dir SAFE MOD eingeschaltet (achtung bei kategorie erstellung: folge dem punkt 3 aus diesem thread), und der suhosin patch wäre auch da.

leider kann ich hier nicht mehr weiterhelfen, aber immerhin hast die thumbnails jetzt und auch ein paar neue bilder.  :mrgreen:

у main.php си наместио $lang['charset'] = "utf-8"; ?

мада то није тачно кодирање за ћирилицу..

$lang['charset'] = "windows-1251"; је за ћирилицу

као што сам непоменуо, МОД: http://www.4homepages.de/forum/index.php?topic=13719.0 је тежак за убацивање.
Али, ако тачно радиш као што је описано у фајлу: install.doc успећеш.

Ипак бих ти препоручио овај програм: http://www.traumflieger.de/desktop/onlinepicture/index.php#download (на немачком и енглеском) који је гратис. са нјиме ћеш пуно лакше доћи до резултата пре него што се зазаш са МОД-ом и не успеш.
