I've seen on this forum that the MMS mod is still not available.
I've found a couple of files on my computer of this mod.
I hope someone is able to adjust these files.

After uploading a flv file I get the error: invalid file type.
I've changed in includes/upload_definitions.php the line:

Discussion & Troubleshooting / People don't recieve postcards

I've got problems with the postcardsystem.
When a visitor sends an postcard the recipient don't recieve the mail.
People only recieve a postcard when registered users send the postcard.
And it only works when I use smtp server in the settings of the control panel.
I'm using 4images 1.7.1
Today I've installed 4images 1.7.4 and everything's working fine with this version.
I don't have to use the smtp server.

What could be the problem?
I'm using several mods.

Hello,

You can also create this fading effect by using CSS.
And it works in Firefox too!

Open /templates/default/style.css and add at the end of the file:

.row1 a:hover img, .row2 a:hover img, .imagerow1 a:hover img, .imagerow2 a:hover img {filter: alpha(opacity=100); filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.Alpha(opacity=100); -moz-opacity: 1.00; opacity:1;}

This mod allows to use html. It works on my main news page, but the archive page doesn't.
I get something like this: <img src="images/v85_001_400.jpg" align="left" vspace=10 hspace=10>

Hi,

I'm using the solution of Vano and it works well on the php files with main templates like home, details, categories etc.
But I've also created some custom template pages, which I link by using a URL like "index.php?template=memory".
On this pages I see: New images ().
How can I get this to work?

Hello,

Maybe I'm missing something.
I've installed the "Pic Security" mod of V@no.
But it's not working properly.
In my source code I see:

I've seen this question before, but I can't find the answer.
What have I done wrong?

Yes, I've tried it in Internet Explorer and Firefox and no result.
I retyped the displayed (red) password and clicked "Fetch It".
A new screen appears with the text:

Hello David,

It's still possible to use large files.

The other option is to first upload the file via FTP and then use the "Check New Images" function inside the admin control panel

Hi,

Snagit is great but not for free.
A free solution is: Photofiltre (http://www.photofiltre.com)
PhotoFiltre is a image retouching program with a lot of plug-ins.
Download and use the "Screen Capture" plug-in.
It works the same as Snagit.
