[Req] Synchronization of quantity of comments of users

The field "user_comments" in the table "4images_user" has casually been cleared.
There was a necessity to restore data.

I think, it is meaningful in ACP to add plugin
" Synchronization of quantity of comments of users "

The similar module is in phpbb (admin_post_count_resync.php)
