Disabling Registrations
« on: May 22, 2006, 09:58:17 PM »
I just installed 4images today via my Fantastico on CPanel X.  I wanted to use this gallery just to have an organized photo album.  I don't need extra user registrations or anything and I was wondering if there is a way to disable user registrations.

Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT:  Version I installed was 1.7.2
Edit2:  I just found another thread with the same subject but I didn't understand the answer to it.  I'd appreciate simple step-by-step instructions.
Thanks a lot.

OK.  One of those posts actually helped me well.

I was able to remove the link for new registrations and forgot password easily.  I hope it doesn't mess up anything else.

Thank you very much for the quick reply!

EDIT---- One more thing:  How do I use FTP upload??  That's probably been posted plenty of times too, so I'll try to find something or you could direct me to the best written process for it.  Thanks again.

Its in the FAQ.

Please do not PM me asking for help unless you've been specifically asked to do so. Such PMs will be deleted without answer. (forum rule #6)
