hi i was wondering when we try sending emails out to  every registured user in cpanal it says it is sent but noone gets the emails what could cause this we tried changing email addies and it still dosent make a difference

In host cPanel, check mail error logs. What is say ?

and how do you acually check that in  host cpanal

Usual ... in cPanel, there is mail icon. Click it and look for 'Mail logs'.

all it has under that part is  Web Mail

 Default Address   
 Auto-responders
 Email Filtering
 Forwarders
 Mailing Lists 
 SpamAssassin 
 BoxTrapper Spam Trap 
 Trace an E-mail Address 
 Modify Mail Exchanger (MX Entry)

Ok so host no go for enable this option. Send ticket to host - no what be wrong with email. ;)
